Sports we offer

We offer a range of sports and wellness programs, including bowling, basketball, boxing, personal 1:1 sessions, fitness classes, and more. We aim to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment. We will do classes for a whole troop, a family, or a family reunion. Ask us how we can help.
