.Designed for kids ages 6-11 yrs old that will provide an environment of encouragement and enthusiasm designed to inspire growth. The benefits of our age-appropriate training will include body control, balance, and the basics of boxing.
weights & Bands
A full body workout utilizing free weights and resistance bands for strength training.
Women's only bootcamp runs for 6 weeks. Classes will be held twice per week on Mondays and Wednesday.
